A: Meet with the designer and
let them know your plans for the addition/upgrade. Cost of the design fees and approx construction cost will be
addressed at this first meeting

A We just
completed a Master Bedroom with Bath plans and got a permit in 14 Days after initial meeting. 1 to 2 months
is the normal time we set aside for the design process. We email the drawings back and forth for a simple design experience

How long does the construction take
A: depending on the complexity, under 1,000 sq ft 3 months, under 2000 sq ft
5 months, larger sizes would be on a case by case basis.
